       Most of the products are designed by our company and co-designed by our company. The released products meet at least one of the following criteria: creativity, uniqueness, fashion and novelty. The existing products are carefully made and carefully selected before being released. Unlike other platforms such as Amazon, there are too many products with uneven quality and lack of a refreshing feeling.

      Due to the particularity of some products, PAYPAL does not support or strictly controls them. ALIOOK Mall has not yet adopted PAYPAL payment channels. We mainly use trade accounts opened by our company in major countries around the world. This account can basically cover users in all countries around the world for shopping payments.

       All products on the platform are shipped free of charge to all countries in the world (very remote countries and regions may increase delivery fees appropriately based on specific products). The vast majority of products are shipped by air, and a few products are shipped by sea. The specific logistics time and arrival time vary from country to country. After shopping, you can log in to your registered email and waybill number to track the real-time logistics status.

      If you are a customer from a non-English speaking country, the delivery information format under [BILLING & SHIPPING] cannot accurately reflect your delivery details. You can also fill in your detailed delivery information in [Order notes] below the address filling page in the order of: 1-name, 2-telephone, 3-email, 4-address, 5-zip code, 6-city, 7-country, and be sure to email us to let us know that the delivery information is based on this.
      If you can accurately fill in your delivery information in the [BILLING & SHIPPING] column through translation, it is recommended that you fill it in here first and ignore [Order notes]. If there are any additional special instructions, it is best to make a note in [Order notes].
      For non-English speaking countries, the delivery information must be filled in according to the native language. In other words, if you are from non-English speaking countries such as Spain, Japan or France, fill in the delivery information in your local language.

      After the payment is completed, if it is a local payment method, it will generally be credited immediately or within 24 hours. If  customer paid to ALIOOK’s global account， due to it involves the reality of cross-border financial settlement, the payment time is relatively late, generally within 72 hours. It depends on the processing progress of each bank. It may be postponed during holidays. Please be aware of this.

      After the customer completes the payment, the platform confirms that the payment has been received and will immediately arrange international logistics shipment. At the same time, it will update the logistics order number on the official website and send the shopping information and logistics order number email to the buyer as soon as possible. Therefore, the buyer’s email address should be correct, and pay attention to whether the email will be moved to the spam mailbox column.

     After receiving the information, the buyer will track the transportation of the item in the official website [TRACK ORDER] according to the logistics TRACKING CODE & ID provided in email , until the receipt is confirmed.

       If the buyer cannot use [Wechat Payment] to complete the payment, the buyer needs to use the coupon code to complete the order information submission.

       Non-Wechat Payment payment users, when checking out, enter the official coupon code [888999], then click [PALCE ORDER] to submit the receipt information, product information, etc. to the platform, and then contact the official staff to complete the payment.
