ALIOOK supports returns and refunds in the following cases:
1、When the goods received by the buyer have quality problems, such as functional damage or partial damage, the customer can apply for a refund and return and exchange service within 72 hours after receiving the goods. The return logistics fee will be paid by the buyer in advance, and the return address will be confirmed with the platform. After the return, the refund will be made to the payment channel designated by the customer within 72 hours; the email should state the specific reason for the refund or return, packaging pictures, damaged product pictures, platform user name and other information. Note that the brand and label of the product cannot be removed, otherwise it will affect the secondary sales. If the label or tag is torn without authorization, the refund and return service cannot be applied.
2、The product received by the buyer is not damaged. Within 7 days after receiving the goods, if the buyer wants to change the model, color or other product attributes for exchange, the round-trip logistics fee shall be borne by the buyer.
3、 When the buyer receives the product, if the platform sends the wrong product or the model, color, size, etc., the platform will bear all shipping costs and provide return or refund services. The platform bears all costs.
4、When the buyer receives the product and the product’s function, quality, model, etc. are consistent with the platform description, the platform does not provide refunds or returns in principle. If a return or exchange is required, the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee, product overdue fees and other losses, and can negotiate with the platform customer service according to the specific situation.
5、 When the buyer damages the product after receiving it, no refund or return will be given. If the buyer requests a refund or return after using it for a period of time, no refund or return will be given without sufficient and reasonable reasons.
