Some products on the Aliook platform support wholesale. Customers who need wholesale must first determine their own products and confirm with the official. The official email is: goshop@aliook.com

Wholesale product quantity requirements

The minimum wholesale quantity of a single category of products on the platform is not less than 20 pieces. If a one-time wholesale exceeds 100 pieces, they will be shipped in batches. Customers need to transfer the payment to our company’s account at one time. After receiving the payment, our company will prepare the goods. Shipments are made every 7 days. Before each shipment, confirm the goods, quantity, delivery address, recipient and other information with the ordering customer.

Transportation channels

If the weight of a single product exceeds 5kg, the goods will be transported by sea; if the weight does not exceed 5kg and 5kg is included, the goods will be transported by air; for products that are too large (subject to the specific product), they will be transported by sea.

Wholesale customers only support TT transfers and need to transfer the payment to the company account in one go
