Order Process

Step 1

Order Confirmation and Deposit Payment

Buyer: After selecting products

  • Contact the ALIOOK sales team to confirm product availability and applicable discounts.
  • Provide shipping details and verify the information submitted via the platform.
  • Confirm final order details.

Buyer: Pay a 30% deposit to initiate the order processing workflow.

ALIOOK: Upon receipt of the deposit

  • Arrange product preparation/stocking.
  • Conduct quality inspections prior to shipment.
  • Provide product photos and inspection videos for your approval.
  • Package products in strict accordance with international shipping standards.
Step 2

Balance Payment and Shipment

ALIOOK: Prior to shipment, ALIOOK will provide

  • Photos of the actual packages.
  • Photos of the international shipping label and the labeled packages.
  • Tracking number.
  • Signed and stamped final order documents and a scanned copy of the signed and stamped Proforma Invoice (PI).

Buyer: Pay the remaining 70% balance after confirming shipment details.
